Mixing 101 | Group Mentoring Program

This 2 month mixing 101 program consisting of 4 modules starts from the ground up. Mixing is a very important process and due to this, it can be over thought and overcomplicated. From our experience, we know that a lot of music producers from beginner to advanced level struggle with mixing their tracks, and we believe that a mix can make, or break your track, so why not join us and let us help solve some of the problems that you might be facing with these carefully curated sessions.
Module 1: What is mixing and the theory of sound?
Module 2: Gain staging and subtractive EQ – What is EQ?
Module 3: Basic parallel processing – What are the benefits?
Module 4: Mono compatibility and phase – The basics
With the topics covered in the four sessions you will develop a better grip on what mixing is, and how to approach it from a practical, and theoretical standpoint. Your instructors for this program will be Nomine aka Outrage and Nurve who between them have a combined 50 years of first hand music industry experience in a variety of genres spanning over two decades. You are in good hands.
All four live sessions will be scheduled to be delivered after 5PM UK time. Due to the high volume of programs that we have running we cannot commit to a specific time until enrolment is closed. Once enrolment is closed we will propose a time for live sessions. Nobody is under any obligation to attend the live sessions if they are not able to and all sessions will be recorded and archived for mentees to watch back at their own leisure.
