Circle Of Light
Our partnership programme with the acclaimed Youth Music project ‘Circle of Light’ is the very first of its kind. Working with young people experiencing challenges with their mental health and in partnership with RSL and Off-Shoots CIC, we are delivering the RSL Level 4 Professional Diploma (DipRSL).

Heritage Sounds
Funded by Arts Council England, our ‘Heritage Sounds’ project explores and celebrates the history and influences of music of black origin.
The project culminated with a video series exploring topics such as the elements of hip hop (including a production masterclass), reggae vocal styles, sample and sound system culture and more. All accessible for free!
Diverse and inclusive
At the heart of our work are principles of diversity and inclusivity and we are working with young people who are, for a variety of reasons, excluded from the formal music progression routes, and providing a relevant progression pathway.
Support and mentoring
Our work includes; masterclasses and mentoring sessions with arts and education charities, supporting young musicians and producers with their technical and musical skills development, and working with community music leaders across the UK to support young people’s progression towards a music industry career.
