Repping the Sydney music scene for well over a decade, Tim Butler unleashed his new project, Special Circumstances, in late 2017. Previously producing under the alias ‘Boot’ as a Dubstep producer, Tim has since shifted his style towards the deep, cerebral and hypnotic sounds of Grey Area.
